Thompson Energy Assessments, or TEA, is an independent family run business, specialising solely in Energy Performance Certificates for commercial and domestic properties.
From 1st October 2008, it is a legal requirement that the owner of a commercial building provides an Energy Performance Certificate when their property is sold or let. Residential properties, regardless of age, also require an Energy Performance Certificate at the start of the marketing for sale or rent process.
