I’ve wanted some form of rear seatbelt ever since Midgie came into my possesion. I have 3 children!
I had looked at the three-point options, but I’m neither patient nor talented enough to make up my own brackets etc.
However, once again, another eBay bargain found its way to me. A new rear lap-belt from a 2002 Ford Focus.
Another bargainWhen I spotted the listing, I was drawn to the fact that it had a single mount point, so would take advantage of the existing mount in the back. Mind you, it was still a PITA to fit, having to take out the seat back and rear load floor.
Just one boltAll that remains is for one of my offspring to try it out.
